Let us breakthrough the difficulty of fireworks transport together

     In this year, for the closure of the port in Sanshui, Nansha and Shanghai one by one has blocked the export of fireworks, and lead the products in an overstorage status. It¡¯s affected the normal operation and international cooperation for implement the contract and also brought a large number of hidden troubles of safety. For relax the export channel of fireworks and the products overstock, International Fireworks Association spread out a series of activities.
   ¢ñActively contact with Ministry of Communication, Ministry of Public Security, AQSIQ, China Customs and other ministries and commissions, and get the help from the relevant ministries and commissions; try our best for coordinate with the ports and international shipping companies for seek the solution to the difficulty of fireworks export.
    ¢ò At the beginning of April and May, International Fireworks Association has reported and submitted  the topical report to the State Council and relevant function departments, the report much like-- Regarding recent status of fireworks industry , Regarding the hidden problem of safety in the transport chains of fireworks.  These reports got much attention from the State Council, it also approved and passed to the relevant departments for solve the transport difficulty. On 30 May Ministry of Communication issued a clear telegraph on the basis of research, it request relevant ports dredge out export channel for fireworks and firecrackers.
    ¢ó Sent out the Letter of open the operation for the transport of fireworks and firecrackers to Nasha Port, proposed the measure for Supervising the Loading of Fireworks Containers and requested the Nasha Port reopen the operation for the transport of fireworks and followed the requirement from the Ministry of Co mmunication.
    ¢ô We have sent a delegation to Fangcheng Port of Guangxi Province for seeking a new port for the fireworks and firecrackers, and assisted the port to applied the qualification for the transport of fireworks.
The local government together with association are trying hard to for coordination and also got support from the State Council and other ministries and commissioners, but the export channel for fireworks are getting more and more narrow, today it almost face a dead situation. Therefore, our association is organizing the fireworks industry to take the following measure: Firstly, organize the companies which suffer large losses to indict administrative department of the relevant ports, protect the self rights and interests by the law; Secondly, our association will appeal to the State Council for help to reflect the difficulty of the whole industry and ask for them to solve the difficulty appear personally.
   We need funds support for spread out the above activities. International Fireworks Association is a new birth, there is no any source of financing except a few member fees, and hereby we are especially collect funds to the fireworks industry.
