Notice on increasing export rebate tax for labor-intensive commodities

Ministry of finance of China has issued Notice on increasing export rebate tax for labor-intensive commodities; however, export rebate tax has increase to 13% compare with the former rate 5%, and this regulation will implement from 1 December 2008.
